General Return and Refund:We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy for our customers on shopvhs.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receiving the item.
Exchange Process:
a. To initiate an exchange, please return the item to our designated warehouse within 30 days from the date of receiving it.
b. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7 days.
c. We will notify you via email when the replacement item is shipped to you.
Note: For exchanges initiated due to personal reasons, an additional $9.9 USD shipping fee will be required.
Refund Process:
a. If you prefer a refund within the 30-day return period, please ship the item to our designated warehouse within 30 days from the date of receiving it.
b. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 days.
c. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
d. Please note that the refund may take approximately 7-15 working days to appear in your account, as the exact timing depends on your bank's processing time.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
a. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take photos of the item and notify us immediately.
b. Please send us the photos within the first 3 working days.
c. We will process the replacement promptly and provide it to you free of charge.
Customer Damaged Items:
Please be aware that we cannot offer compensation or accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer.
